Peaceful Pond Life Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Jayne Taplin

I printed the image onto good quality decoupage paper and cut out all of the layers as instructed. I then decoupaged the flower using 3D foam pads, added glitter glue and some glossy accents to the ducks' eyes and the water.

The sentiment was attached using 3D foam pads at each end and curved in the middle. Gems were added to complete.
