Beautiful card! I used Printmaster, a publishing program, to print onto a white 6x6 blank card. I printed the topper onto white card, cut and attached with sticky foam pads. I finished the card with glitter glue and gems.
I used the following verse - 'A big bunch of belated birthday wishes for you!'
