I printed this onto satin finish paper and carefully cut out the pieces. I mounted the base layer onto an 8" square, scalloped edged card as a tent fold, using DST. I added the 3 decoupage pieces using silicone gel.
I made 2 die-cut poinsettias and added them using silicone gel.
