I resized to fit a 12x18cm matching base card with a sentiment and matching flowers and glasses, both base card, sheet and a copy of the picture were printed on gloss card.I cut out the center of the copy to make the first layer.

I added layers with small foam squares and finished with light gold glitter to edges of the center, sentiment tag and glasses. a lovely card.
