Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card with 3 in 1 glue. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect.
Finished the card off with a blue fancy border around the edge.
