I printed image onto matte photo paper,matted and layer with pink and blue card and attached image using photo glue.I mounted layers onto a white scalloped card,attached decoupage corners using foam pads.I finished the card by placing little gems in the middle of the flowers and added a birthday sentiment.Another WOW factor design from Carol Clarke
