I reduced this pattern to 75% as I wanted a smaller card. And 2 patterns in one printing so as to get extra pattern for dimensional card. I cut out the pattern pieces and attached the first cut outs to a Steampunk insert cup269182_108 for my background.

Then I layered the decoupage images with foam dimensional. I also used part of the frame left over to frame the handwritten Congratulations. I carried the theme to the insert inside using another image of the clock insert. It turned out very cute for a graduate congrats.
