I took an 8x8 white scalloped edge card ans went around the front of the card with a deep red ink pad,then i punched a lace affect with to a sheet of white paper, mounted this to the card,then printed this beautiful image onto decoupage paper,mounted the base image to the card,then decoupaged up the card front.
