Printing the full image on to white card stock I then cut out each smaller image. Taking a piece of A4 blue card I placed it landscape before scoring along half way point and folding to create my card blank.

I turned this into a valley card by measuring 9 cm from the right then cutting down into the card blank to the half way point scoring and folding down.

I then took the 8 by 8 image with the Westie and mounted this on to the same blue card as the card blank to give more structure as this was then glued to the card blank on the left hand side rising above the card blank.

Then as the card was designed for my cousin who had achieved his Queen's Badge in the Boys Brigade I took a print of the Queens Badge he would be awarded and using foam pads I placed this at the top of the valley in the card again rising above the card blank line.

I then used a congratulations stamp to stamp the greeting on the right of the card at the front of the dip.

Finally due to the size & weight of the card I then placed a small strap of card inside between the back of the card & the dip in the valley to steady things.
