Altered Art Bear Card TopperCompleted by Donna Ritchie

This is a very quick and easy male card. I printed the design twice on matte photo paper, cutting the bear from the 2nd copy. I used a matching washi tape along the bottom, with a piece of twine under the flat stuck flower.

I raised the bear on foam squares before finishing with yellow brads in the corners. I then flat stuck the design to my base card
