I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to blue card, then on to yellow card. Layered all elements. Added candi to finish. A very cute design.

I printed onto good quality Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Using double sided tape to attach the main piece onto a White felt card. Using foam pads I layered the decoupage. I used Bling on the Bows and Buttons.
To finish off, I used stick on gold corner edging. This is a really sweet card and fun to make.
