Oh No the Wrong Shoes Arrived Late with Decoupage

This is a picture card, of a young lady all dressed up, wondering what to do, with those shoes.

this card topper has a large center decoupage square, with the shoes and butterfly, layers.

I also left the bow off of the large square to make it easier to cut out.

To make this card topper,print on quality photo paper,use foam tape or squares for the decoupage, measure and fit to a blank card front, mount with DSTape. chooses the sentiment tag of your choice.
