Printed on matte card, wet glued picture to a matching base card with the lattice at the top and bottom. used light gold glitter on the edge of the pictures, framing, sentiment and bow used Glossy Accents on the eyes and nose and finished with the gems on the lattice.

I dont think the photo does the card justice.
