Retro Cut Baby Boy TopperCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet on to 160gsm A4 card reducing the size down slightly. I cut out the topper and decoupage. I matted some light blue pearlescent card on to an 8x8 inch scalloped card with DST.

I mounted the topper using DST and added the decoupage and sentiment with foam pads. To finish, I added a strip of ribbon and a bow and gems. Such a cute design!
