8x8 Posting a Letter with Tartan and Lace DecoupageCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this lovely image onto decoupage paper,mounted the main image to an 8x8 scalloped edge card,decoupaged up the bow and the holly,i used a glue pen to added glamour dust to the white on the children's clothing,with a soft paint brush,i put it onto the glitter arrears and stroked upwards this drags the glitter up a bit.and i have a very pretty card.
