I printed the design on to professional glossy card stock . Once cut out , I decoupaged the poinsettias on to the design, adhering with foam pads.I added some fine glitters to the decoupaged elements and also randomly to a few of the stars.

Around the Best Friend Tag I added some sugar sprinkles to finish.
