Olive C Lantern Neighbours at Christmas 8in Scallop Topper
I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.
I have left enough space above the message for you to add your own bow. Matching All Colour Candle Lantern Inserts start at cup467019_10 and Candle Picture Insets start at cup467021_10 and white panel inserts start at cup467020_10

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used red coloured card topped with white coloured glitter card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layer.
Finished off with white trim and stickles glitter.
