I printed two copies of the design on good quality matte photo paper. I attached the base to a white card.

The second copy I cut out the dancer and added her for decoupage on the main base.I decoupaged the elements with silicone gel and added four small silver corners and blue gems.

I finished by using some crystal glitter to the dress and wings. Beautiful design.
