Printed onto 80gsm paper. I stuck the small design to the back of the card. I cut another piece of paper the same size as the insert plate but 1cm longer on one side.
I stuck the two pieces together using DST over the 1cm extra, folded it in half, at the join, and attached to the inside of the card with DST.
