I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a yellow pearl and a white pearl to the cupcake to complete this gorgeous card.
