I printed out this sheet onto good quality white card stock. Then I cut out all of the elements and adhered them to the card using 1/8" double-sided sticky foam. I then chose a sentiment tag and added that in the space provided.

I added flat-backed pearls and gold peel-offs for a bit of bling. A quick card to make, but very lovely when completed!
