Happy Anniversary
I have designed this topper for 8in Cards and it is based on some very popular designs that I have made previously.
Simply cut out the card front and attach to your card and then layer the decoupage using 3D foam or silicone glue.
This is a very easy card front and is available in a wide range of colours and sentiment.

I printed on to matte photo paper. I chose a card and added gold corners and borders. I then mounted the topper on to the card and layered. Two pearl hearts add the finishing touch. A gorgeous design.
