I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached to white and rose coloured paper, then to white card, added topper with foam pads and finished with deep red bow.
