Pblue Roses for My Sister Ink Saver 8in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Marion Evans

This card is such a pretty blue and makes up nicely. I backed the main graphic up with the blue and used a white CS for the base.

I then proceeded to cut the 3d pieces out, raised them with foam pads and for the embellies, I added blue pearls and a white bow.

Thanks to you Ann-marie, I'm ready for a few birthdays and anniversaries.
