Pink Magnolia 50 Today 8in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Jane Craig

This is a lovely card and easy to assemble. I printed 2 copies of the topper at half size and cut around the scallops on one. I then mounted this on to the full topper with foam pads.

I then used 2 layers of the decoupage flowers to give a deep 3D effect. I mounted this onto a cream scallop edged card blank and added some gold glitter in the centre of the flowers, I added a few clear gems to the pearl necklace and finished with a gold Happy Birthday peel off.
