Pink Rose Cream Friends Are Family 8in Decoupage Topper

I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.

I have added a gorgeous sentiment for a friend to use as a birthday or friendship card or just as a notecard, would be nice.
