I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper. I have added a gorgeous sentiment for anyones Birthday.

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of purple card with scalloped edges and then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect. Beautiful design.
