Lovely Octaganol printed on to HQ glossy photo card then cut out and decoupaged using double sided sticky foam pads to adhere.I then made an octagonal cream card to place the design on and adhered the piece onto the card using Double sided sticky tape .Finished by adding a blank gold tag.

There are three optional tags to choose from.What an Elegant design.
