Teal Roses Happy Birthday Ink Saver 8in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Marion Evans

I love the colours on this card - I backed the main card up on teal CS, then finished the base with the brown in the rose leaves etc.

I proceeded to cut out the 3d pieces, raised them with foam pads and added a tiny ribbon in the right-hand corner.

I also added tiny brown pearls on the sprig of leaves around the top & bottom.
