To my Special Big Sister, Happy Birthday - Card front, Gift tag and layering panelCompleted by Pauline Inglis

This is a lovely card and very easy to make and I used white card to make the blank and then cut out the main image and added to the front using double sided tape.

I then cut out the 2 smaller topper images I layered one on the top of the main image using foam pads which gives a lovely 3d effect and backed the other one on card to use as a tag.

I also used silver glitter to highlight the image and give a lovely sparkly effect.
