I printed this brilliant design onto glossy card and cut out the main image and panel. I layered onto pale blue patterned paper and then onto a dark blue mirri card blank and decoupaged the panel.

I added a silver peel-off border all around the pale blue paper edge and silver corners and a silver bow.
