I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 inch card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greetings using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the flowers, to the borders of the greetings and to the garlands to enhance this lovely design.
