Make Up Time Card Front
Cut Girl putting on the make up with roses decoupage and sentiment tag Happy Birthday. Why not print out twice for more decoupage!

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,I added the base design to a coordinating card then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,Lovely girly design.
I printet the make up time card on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out and layered with foam pads. I added the sheet on a heart frame and a coordinate background.
After printing and cutting out the elements I adhered the decoupage items onto the base topper with foam tape. Selecting to place the Happy Birthday sentiment at the top centre.
Then, after adhering the base topper onto an Ivory 8 x 8 Crafty Bobs card base I applied blue Liquid Pearl dots to the blouse and her earring and a gold dot for the on on her knickerbockers.
