Pink Floral Dress Happy Birthday 8in Doily Decoupage TopperCompleted by Little Misscraft

I printed the kit onto super smooth card stock and cut out the elements. I inked the edges with spun sugar distress ink and stuck the topper onto a card blank with foam pads.

I used quite a few chip board elements to decorate and also some pink and cream pearls and a diamante.
