I printed the sheet on lightweight matt card and cut out all the elements. I matt and layered the topper with orange pearlescent paper on to an 8" card using DST.

I added the decoupage with foam pads and made a tag from the orange paper to which I added a stick on greeting.

This design looks lovely made up and is very quick to do!
