8x8 Emerald Wedding Anniversary Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Joyce Watson

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Added the image to a cream 8 x 8 card using DST, then glue gel to add the decoupage. Decorated with green gems to the corners and peel off gem dots around the image. Finish off by adding the matching insert.
