8x8 Romantique Card Topper 2Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to an 8 inch decorative card. Using Foam Pads, I added the Decoupage. I stuck the sentiment to the Bottom of the Card. I put some crystal glitter, to aspects of the Flowers.

This is a Brilliant Design, and makes into a Wonderful Card.
