I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own. I have left enough space above the message for you to add your own bow.

I printed the sheet on to lightweight card and cut out the two pieces. I covered an 8x8 inch card in gold pearlescent paper and mounted the topper on using DST. I attached the decoupage with foam pad and finished with a gold bow and gold star gem.
Easy to make and lovely card design suitable for many occasions.
