I printed the sheet twice - so that I could decoupage the characters - on to lightweight card and cut out the required pieces.

I made a border of pink glitter card for the topper and attached to an 8" card with DST.

I cut out the figures from the second sheet and the other decoupage and attached all with foam pads. Added the sentiment and finished with the matching insert. Gorgeous design - just love it!
