Pink Dancing Couple Happy Anniversary 8in Scallop TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

I printed onto Photo Paper. I made this card smaller than the designer suggested. I cut out the elements. I used dst to attach the main front to a white textured card. I then used foam pads to attach the sentiment.

I used pink bling on the points of the sentiment. I then used pink glitter on the frock of the lady and then used the glitter around the scalloped edges of the card and the white card as well.

These are great cards and very easy to make.
