I printed the sheet on to lightweight white card. I covered an 8x8 inch card with silver pearlescent paper. I cut out the topper and mounted on to the card using DST. I cut out the decoupage and attached using foam pads.
To finish I added a silver bow and gem. Easy to make, lovely card design.
