I printed out the sheet onto thick glossy card and cut out the components and decoupaged the corners. I cut out some butterflies from another sheet and added those.

I touched the wings of the butterflies with glitter glue and added some to the pearls and the edge of the Happy Birthday plaque and added some peel-off corners and borders, colouring in the spaces with felt tip pen.
