I printed 2 of the sheets onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used an 8x8 white silk art card blank as my base. I attached the topper onto the card front and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used the 2nd sheet to decoupage the 21.

I used red, white and blue organza ribbons to decorate.
