Great card for Birthdays or Halloween. The bats, head dress, wine glass, skull and bottle are all decoupage. I added red glitter to the candle on the skull and the drops in the bottle and the bat's eyes.

Easy card to make decoupage would be suitable for someone wanting to try this technique or someone more advanced.
