Printed out onto matte photo paper and cut out. I added pink gems to the flower centers in each corner on the main image and black gems to the eyes on the decoupage piece.

I added black glitter peel off borders around the main image.

I used sticky foam pads to attach the decoupage to main image and used stick foam pads to attach image too glitter black lace fabric.

I attached it all to a textured white card base using dst. This is simply stunning. Love how fast and easy it was to put together.
