8 x 8 Time to Celebrate Clock Topper with 3D Decoupage HandsCompleted by Carol N Watson
OccasionWith this topper I first reduced the size. I printed out two 5 x7 images which made the large topper much smaller. I used a 6 x 6 gold card, added a metallic gold layer, a navy floral layer and then the actual topper.
I decoupaged the face and hands with silicone glue. I added gold flourishes, butterflies and dragonfly peel offs. Also, a Happy Birthday peel off. Wish I could show you the inside. It looks very nice with a verse and some peel offs and use of the navy floral paper and one of the small Time to Celebrate toppers.
I enjoyed creating this card.
