I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper. Especially for St Patricks Day, all the best to our Irish friends

I decided to put the main graphic on green and back up with gold CS as base. I cut out the 3d pieces and raised with foam pads. I added a gold rope bow and a few green gems on the outer gold leaves.
