Dad's Fix-it Shop Card TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and using DST to attach the Topper to a Dark Red card. Using Foam Pads, I attached the Decoupage. This is a Great Design, and makes into a great card.
