Used an 8" × 8" white square card. Attached the "Fishing Boats at Watchet" decoupage with d/s tape. Added extra 3D squares under Happy Birthday banner to create a raised effect. Added 3mm brass Brad's. Glued 6mm black iridescent pearls and 4mm navy blue pearls in opposite corners.
