300dpi 6x6in Topper & decoupage - Birthday flowers and bubbly, age 50 and 60

I cut out all pieces and choose the 60 square. placed the main topper onto a piece of pearlescent pale blue card, and placed onto a 7x7in scalloped card blank, used gel glue for the decoupage and the organza bow.

I used peel off numbers to put the birth year on the bottle
